This is a resource that outlines all of our tests, shipping requirements, how to fill out the COC, and specific sampling/bottling requirements for each test and matrix. 

Use this form for BOD, TSS, pH, Fecal Coliform, Chloride, Nitrate + Nitrite, Phosphorous, Ammonia Nitrogen, TKN, and Lab Filtration Tests. 

Use this form for DRO, GRO, GRO/PVOC, Lead, Cadmium, VOC 8260, PAH, and % Solids. 

Use this form for any other testing not mentioned above.
